Our Restaurants
Founded by local York restauranteurs, The Cut & Craft was born out of a labour of love to find the very best steak.
After talking to hundreds of people on their travels - and realising they had been passionately eating nothing but great steak every night for months in different parts of the world - they decided there was nothing for it but to bring the luxury of a perfectly-executed steak dinner to their historic Yorkshire hometown.
This began with a hunt for a local master butcher, who could sustainably prepare their menu's top-quality 60 day aged Aberdeen Angus steaks in house. As a result, on the menu you’ll find a signature 10 oz Flat Iron Steak - a dish we have spent years perfecting - alongside other premium cuts, all using beef sourced exclusively for The Cut & Craft.
Housed within the luxurious Victoria Quarter, an arcaded complex of restored 19th century cloisters, The Cut & Craft Leeds has a close connection to the Titanic and is perfectly positioned for theatre goers and shoppers alike.
