Whether you’re planning a date night, celebrating a milestone, entertaining clients or simply looking for a more personalised dining experience, our Guest Experience Managers will take care of the details from the moment you book.
Add Concierge by CC to any reservation for £30 per guest. Your concierge experience includes:
- Personal assistance from a dedicated Guest Experience Manager
- Extended table time
- A personal welcome on arrival
- Reserved space for drinks before and after your meal
- One glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne or one Signature Cocktail per guest on arrival
- A selection of The Cut & Craft nibbles to begin your evening
- A preferred table location, subject to availability
Looking for something extra? Your Guest Experience Manager can also help arrange the following, subject to availability and additional charges:
- Rare wines and prestige Champagnes
- Celebration gifts and greeting cards
- Table decorations and floral arrangements
- Chauffeur travel to and from the restaurant
- Other personal requests for your visit
Additional arrangements will be discussed and priced with you before they are confirmed.
