Taking over the magnificent Grade II*-listed former banking hall, The Cut & Craft will breathe new life into Edward Walter's historic building and transform the former bank vaults into an elegant private dining room and bar.
Located on the corner of Mosley Street and York Street, The Cut & Craft Manchester will open in the city centre on Monday 28th April. Bookings are open now.
At The Cut & Craft Manchester, we have carefully and thoughtfully designed our menus to offer a selection of the finest local produce, be that top-quality drinks and cheese, premium aged Aberdeen Angus steaks or fresh, locally-grown vegetables.
The Cut & Craft Manchester will open on Mosley Street inside one of the city's last great palazzo style buildings on Monday 28th April 2025.
Opening Times
From 28th April, we’ll be open Monday to Friday from 830am until 11pm daily.
Weekend brunch service from 9am - 11:45am Saturday - Sunday.
Food served until 10pm.
Late night drinks table service (T·E·N) from 10pm - 1am
Friday - Saturday.
