New Year’s Eve at The Cut & Craft York. A City in Celebration. A night in full bloom.
On Thursday 31 December, The Cut & Craft York presents The Midnight Rose: an extravagant New Year’s Eve of exceptional dining, candlelit glamour and show stopping entertainment.
Taking its name from the white rose synonymous with York and Yorkshire, this celebration honours our roots while bringing a spectacular party to the heart of St Sampson’s Square. Expect couture performers, live sax, DJs and a dramatic midnight finale. We’re setting the stage for York’s most glamorous night of the year.
AN ELEGANT BEGINNING
Make your entrance, enjoy your welcome drink and settle in for an indulgent three-course dinner beneath the glow of candlelight.
Entertainment begins at 8:30pm, with live sax and captivating performers bringing energy and theatre to your evening. Gather your favourite people, dress for the occasion and make the final dinner of the year something extraordinary.
AFTER DARK, IN FULL BLOOM
From 10pm, the party takes over.
Our DJs deliver uplifting house, disco favourites and dance floor anthems, joined by live sax and couture performers as the atmosphere builds towards midnight.
Champagne sparkle, statement outfits and hands-in-the-air moments: The Midnight Rose is made for celebrating.
THE MIDNIGHT ROSE FALL
Our name comes to life as the final seconds of the year slip away.
A dramatic countdown brings the whole room together before a spectacular white-and-gold confetti Rose Fall showers the celebrations, a tribute to York’s white rose identity, reimagined in unmistakable Cut & Craft style.

Enjoy a welcome drink, three-course dinner and entertainment from 8:30pm, followed by the full Midnight Rose party.
The Party Experience: £35 per person
