What is the dress code?

At The Cut and Craft, we operate a smart casual dress code. We want our customers to feel comfortable and relaxed while dining with us. However, we do ask that our customers dress appropriately for the occasion. We do not allow tracksuits, sliders, tank tops, flip flops, gym wear, sportswear, crocs, football tops, or hats to be worn inside of our restaurants. Fashion trainers are allowed.

Can I book a table?

Yes, you can book a table at The Cut and Craft. You can make a reservation for parties of 8 and under through our website where our reservation system is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.. For larger parties please contact us directly. Please note, we're unable to accommodate reservations over the phone or in person, as we rely on card authorisation to secure tables. Members of The Club by CC can use their private WhatsApp line to make bookings directly with our Guest Experience Managers.

We're celebrating do you do anything special?

If you are celebrating, please let our team know. We will arrange for a birthday card to be placed on your table from our team. Our bespoke concierge service offers the perfect way to upgrade your visit with a welcome cocktail or glass of Champagne, nibbles, and the option to add personalised gifts to your table and chauffeur arrival. Please note, we don’t permit outside cakes or balloons on site for celebrations. If you’re booking a private dining experience, please speak with your Guest Experience Manager.

Is your meat halal? 

Our kitchens are not halal, however we do have a large variety of fish, vegetarian and vegan options available on our menu. 

Are children allowed?

Children under 10 last entries 4:45pm - families are welcome to join for our lunch service

Do you allow flash photography in the restaurants?

We want you to enjoy a memorable visit at The Cut & Craft, and appreciate snapping the perfect picture is part of that! We encourage you to capture the beauty of your meal, but kindly ask you are mindful of other guests. Please keep the flash off, refrain from using extra lights, and take your photos while seated, so everyone can fully enjoy The Cut & Craft experience.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel a booking. We understand that plans can change, so we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your reservation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. Please note, if you are refused entry on the day for any reason, this will also be treated as a late cancellation and will incur the same fee.

Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes, we have vegan and vegetarian options available on our menus.

Do you have car parking?

We don't have on-site parking, however there is public parking nearby. 

Can you change your booking?

Yes, you can alter your booking. If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, please refer to your booking confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. If you have any questions about our menu options, please contact us directly.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in our restaurants, with the exception of guide dogs. Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on our Leeds outdoor drinks terrace. Please note dining is not permitted on our outside tables.

Do you serve cocktails? 

Yes! We serve a selection of house crafted cocktails alongside an extensive list of fine wines, beers and spirits. Please note that all our spirit measures are served as 50ml as standard unless requested otherwise. 

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, we have gluten-free options available on our dedicated gluten-free menu. Please advise your server of any special dietary requirements on the day, as produce supply may be liable to change. Whilst we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens. Additional allergen information is available on request.

Do you offer nut-free options?

Yes, we have nut-free options available on our menu. Our dishes may contain nuts or nut traces. Whilst we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens. Do you use non-dairy milk?

Yes, we offer non-dairy milk options for our coffee and tea beverages. Our non-dairy milk options include soy, almond, and oat milk.

Do you require a deposit for drinks tables?

Please note in Manchester and Leeds we require a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your drinks table in the evenings between 6-11pm. This is fully redeemable and will be removed from your bill on the night.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Our gift vouchers make the perfect birthday or anniversary gift. Simply choose the amount, and we can send them directly to your recipient’s email or postal address. Vouchers are also available to purchase in our restaurants.

What time do you open/close?

We are open for lunch, dinner and drinks seven days a week. Our York restaurants open Monday to Friday from 11am until late, Saturday and Sunday from 10am until late. Our Leeds and Manchester restaurants open Monday to Friday from 11am until late, Saturday and Sunday from 10am until late.
