Yes, gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If your gift card covers more than your bill, the remaining balance will stay on your card to use again within its 12 month period (12 months starts from date of purchase).

Yes, you can select either a digital e-voucher sent by email or a beautifully presented physical card delivered by post.
