If you are looking to book for parties of 8 or under in York and Leeds, or under 12 in Manchester, you can use our online booking system. For larger parties, please get in touch with our dedicated Guest Experience Managers.
Early Booking Offer
Reserve your Christmas celebrations before 1st September 2025 in advance and receive a £50 voucher to use on future visits.
T&Cs:
- £50 voucher available to party organisers booking before 1st September 2025.
- This voucher is only applicable to Christmas party bookings of 12+ when dining from the Christmas set menu or booking a Christmas private hire party / canapé and drinks reception before 1st September. Your Christmas party event must take place between 17th November and 24th December for the lead booker to be eligible.
- A £50 voucher will be shared with your lead booker on email following your Christmas party booking, pending completion of pre-orders and full payment (please note this is required 7 days in advance to secure your Christmas party booking).
- Your £50 voucher must be used between 2nd January and 12th February, and is applicable to both food and drink from the A La Carte menu. This voucher cannot be used on set menus or in conjunction with any other offers.

Add festive cheer to your meal with complimentary Christmas crackers and a glass of Prosecco, both included in your booking for all guests dining from our set Christmas menu.
For a personalised touch when dining A La Carte throughout December, you can also add handmade crackers, Prosecco and custom place cards for £12 per person. Celebrate the season in style!

For Christmas bookings, we require guests to pay in full and send pre-orders seven days in advance to secure their booking.
Large parties (30+) are required to pay a hire fee as a deposit and private hire bookings are available on a minimum-spend basis. These vary depending on the day, time, and the area that guests are reserving. For more information on specifics please speak with our Guest Experience Manager.
For parties 8 and under you can book through our usual booking system but for larger parties, they need to email our reservations desk.

Your £50 voucher will be available for you on the day of your Christmas party, and can be used between 2nd January and 12th February 2026. This will be sent by email to the email address on the party booking reservation.
