As part of our exciting expansion, due for completion in late Spring 2026, we will also introduce two beautifully appointed private dining rooms, designed in response to growing demand for more intimate, elevated spaces within our Grade II-listed home in the Victoria Quarter. While these new rooms are not yet available to book, we are now welcoming enquiries ahead of their launch.

As part of our exciting expansion, we are introducing two beautifully appointed private dining rooms, opening in late Spring 2026.
Located on the first floor, our private rooms accommodate 16 and 24 guests respectively, or up to 40 when combined via a sliding partition. For larger occasions, the space can also host over 100 guests standing, offering versatility for milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings and exclusive events.
Each room has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the glamour and heritage of The Cut & Craft, blending refined interiors with discreet privacy and dedicated service. Guests can enjoy bespoke private dining menus, curated Champagne experiences and the finest local produce, all delivered with the precision and hospitality that define our brand.
