Servers are responsible for serving all our guests, delivering a great standard of service and creating an exceptional Italian Experience.
You will be responsible for taking guest orders, general housekeeping of the restaurant area, serving food, drinks and sharing your passion. You will work in close collaboration with other team members both front and back of house and follow established health and safety standards.

Responsible for taking guest orders, suggesting products and upselling.
Serving Food and Drinks
Following Service Criteria to ensure our guests enjoy their dining experience
Use of POS Systems and Cash Handling
Processing orders through the tills POS. Taking payments both cash and card payments
Daily and Weekly cleaning duties to maintain both cleanliness and Health and Safety standards.
Champion of Lucia
All members of the team are expected to Champion Lucia and Woo our guests. You should always act as a brand ambassador.
Sales and Incentives
Using your passion and knowledge to upsell, increasing spend per head and taking part in company product incentives.
